De\u00a0aqu\u00ed se\u00a0obtiene la leche\u00a0para la fabricaci\u00f3n de los productos \u201cTerra Ferma\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Torre Santamaria es una de las pocas explotaciones ganaderas espa\u00f1olas que controlan todo el proceso productivo. Es decir, desde la cr\u00eda, hasta\u00a0la\u00a0elaboraci\u00f3n del queso\u00a0pasando por la\u00a0alimentaci\u00f3n (que es km 0), la producci\u00f3n de leche, la manipulaci\u00f3n y el transporte. La trazabilidad est\u00e1 garantizada por el rigor con\u00a0el que trabajan los\u00a0profesionales que componen esta empresa.<\/p>\n<p>No os perd\u00e1is sus productos a partir del 1 de septiembre.
