Los\u00a0<em>Cheeseforums<\/em>\u00a0fueron\u00a0charlas a cargo\u00a0de fabricantes a los que distibu\u00edmos donde pod\u00edan explicar en detalle procesos y\u00a0caracter\u00edsticas de\u00a0su trabajo\u00a0y de\u00a0sus productos.<\/p>\n<p>A destacar la presencia, per un\u00a0lado, de\u00a0integrantes del movimento\u00a0<em>slow food<\/em>\u00a0y,\u00a0por el otro, del\u00a0afinador franc\u00e9s Gilles C\u00e9neri as\u00ed como diversas novedades de variedades de queso\u00a0en calidad\u00a0y\u00a0en originalidad.<\/p>\n<p>Adaptamos\u00a0nuestras instalaciones para recibir a la gente e, incluso, creamos un espacio al aire libre, decorado\u00a0con un jard\u00edn vertical, que acab\u00f3 siendo\u00a0el lugar\u00a0de conversaci\u00f3n, intercambio\u00a0y\u00a0disfrute informales.<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos repetir.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed ten\u00e8is\u00a0un resumen en v\u00eddeo de las jornadas:<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Tot Formatge Jornades 2014 subtit. esp.\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wTDVuJ4bDLs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
