All\u00ed probaban pan con queso cremoso veteado de azul. A muchos les gustaba tanto que compraban m\u00e1s para el viaje y, de este modo, el queso empez\u00f3 a ser conocido en muchos lugares. Esto sucedi\u00f3 a mediados del s.
